Bom dia com Yoga meus amores…
Sim! Eu sei que andei distante das aulas por um bom tempo, mas o jejum acabou! Aleluia! Jaya, jaya! Essa última crise de Raynauld foi para mim um deserto difícil de atravessar, mas hoje percebo e recebo isso como um retiro espiritual que fui “obrigada” a fazer, durante este tempo eu pude rever os valores que eu já possuia antes do Yoga e os que possuo agora, eu pude corrigir meus erros visiveis e eu também aparei algumas arestas que ainda restavam de um ser menos compreensivo.
Eu consegui escutar melhor o que o meu interior dizia, silencie-me totalmente e meditei sozinha por horas e horas, só assim, pude sentir o suave toque do DIVINO me pedindo calma nos momentos de mais angústia, nos momentos de tremor e pânico, nos vários momento em que sentia-me sozinha, eu tive que recorrer muitas vezes a este meu interior e assim descobri o verdadeiro significado da palavra entrega, eu acho que as meditações vão ficar melhores de agora em diante (risos).
Eu pude amansar-me um pouco meus amores, pois, eu bem sei que andei muito brava por aí! Enfim…
Voltei!! E este retorno vem com mais riquezas, com mais certezas e com muito mais Yoga. Estou cheia de novidades,estudei todos os dias e acho que consegui crescer um bocadinho e quero partilhar com vocês, volto para as aulas com o coração cheio de amor e bem mais grata pela vida.
